These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sparsh Shop website and your purchases from Sparsh Shop, owned and operated by Ramvilas Brush Shop. Please read them carefully. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Work in progress; updates
Sparsh Shop is continually evolving. We may change, add, or remove features, products, or Terms at any time. Updates are made at our discretion and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for any revisions. Continued use of the Website after updates means you accept the new Terms.
2. Access to the website
We strive to keep the Website available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance or other reasons and will try to keep downtime minimal. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Website, even if it is for a short or extended period.
Certain areas of the Website may require a password, for example to view order details. To use these areas, you must register using your email and choose a secure password.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your password and login details confidential.
Logging out at the end of each session.
Notifying us immediately if you suspect any breach of security or unauthorized access.
If you provide false, incomplete, or outdated information, or otherwise fail to meet our Terms, we may disable or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion.
3. Product information
We take care to provide accurate product descriptions and images for our grooming and veterinary products. However, mistakes or omissions may occur. We cannot be held responsible for such errors.
4. Prices
Product prices shown on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of delivery charges, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are displayed clearly and invoiced at the end of the order, in addition to product prices.
We may modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the one indicated on your order confirmation at the time the order is placed.
If an obviously incorrect price appears due to human or technical error and is not corrected before the order is finalized, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you the payment, even if the order has already been validated.
5. Availability
We will make every effort to fulfill your completed and paid order.
If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund the price you paid for that product within 10 days from the date of payment.
If your order contains multiple items and some are temporarily unavailable, we may:
Ship the available items first, then follow up with the remaining items once available; or
Offer a replacement product of equal price and quality, if relevant.
If you accept a replacement and later return it under the Right of Return policy, return shipping will be covered by us. If you decline a replacement and the original item is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse you for the unavailable item.
Any shipping fees for undelivered or pending items may be refunded, as applicable.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout, within India only. We do not deliver outside India.
We aim to meet the delivery times provided on the Website, but cannot be held responsible for delays or loss due to third-party carriers, unforeseen events, or force majeure.
If a package is lost or not received, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier upon your claim, which may take several days. During this period, reimbursement or re‑delivery is not guaranteed until conclusion of the investigation.
7. Right of return
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return a product if you are not satisfied.
Returns must be sent at your expense, along with the original invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon.
We request you ship via registered post and insure the merchandise for its value to protect against loss or damage during transit. Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer.
Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in its original, complete condition. Items that are damaged, not in original packaging, or where packaging shows wear beyond just opening will not be refunded.
If the product is returned within 7 days of delivery, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used initially.
8. Privacy and personal data
Personal details are essential for order processing, delivery, billing, and warranty purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in order cancellation.
By registering on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is contrary to these Terms.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies may be used to collect non-confidential information, create usage statistics, and suggest products based on your browsing or past selections. Cookies do not contain confidential personal data.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Sparsh Shop website, including text, images, illustrations, brand names, logos, and videos, is owned by Sparsh Shop or its licensors. It is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without prior explicit authorization from Sparsh Shop is prohibited.
Sparsh Shop is not responsible for any infringement of third-party rights by users of the Website.
10. Waiver and severability
Failure by Sparsh Shop to enforce or exercise any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sparsh Shop. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will remain in full effect.
11. Feedback and comments
Customer opinions, reviews, or comments posted on the Website are moderated by Sparsh Shop.
We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove comments that: infringe legal standards, are abusive, defamatory, promotional in a prohibited manner, or otherwise inappropriate or out of context
