Shipping Delays
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Shipping Charges, Taxes & Duties
Sparsh Shop ships orders within India only.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Sparsh Shop is not responsible for any additional charges imposed during or after shipping, including taxes or duties, if applicable. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address Policy
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Once an order is placed, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Sparsh Shop is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
Report the issue to the delivery carrier immediately.
Retain all original packaging and damaged items for claim purposes.
An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help resolve such cases smoothly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing the tracking details. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
