At Sparsh Shop, we strive to provide high-quality grooming and veterinary products at affordable prices. In rare situations where you may wish to exchange, return, or cancel an order, the following policy applies.
Exchange Requests
Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resalable condition, along with original packaging, price tags, and labels.
All exchange requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Sparsh Shop and depend on the availability of the selected replacement item.
The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
Sparsh Shop reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection before approving any exchange request.
Return Requests
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or product damage.
An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory to raise a return request.
If the package shows external damage at the time of delivery, the same must be clearly mentioned on the delivery acknowledgment receipt.
Return requests without proper documentation may not be accepted.
Cancellation Requests
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
